We also employ for customer service the "Intercom" platform of Intercom Inc. through which we can handle your inquiries about our SaaS. The data is transferred to Intercom and analyzed statistically. Any contingency or eventuality of any nature that causes damage to the Client caused by failures, alterations or modifications of the services provided by "Amazon Web Service", "HubSpot", "Google Cloud" or "Intercom" will not be the responsibility of the Company being such extremes beyond its control and impossible to control.
